I have always been involved with planning and executing big, popular ideas that have been successful across all available media, and all marketing tasks.
For example, on NPI, I not only wrote the commercials, but the introduction to the company report, and any number of ads and mailers selling some quite technical financial products.
On Direct Line, in addition to the commercials, I personally must have turned out hundreds of direct response ads .(Their most successful ad ever, by cost per response, was mine – a 2cm by 1 column extravaganza for Direct line Travel!)

By a considerable distance, I am most proud of the IPA Effectiveness Awards. You know, the awards where you actually have to prove that the advertising worked…
